The Rise of Corporate Landlords.

It seems over in America there are strange goings-on in the housing market. A global corporation called BlackWater is buying up houses at a phenomenal rate. Not only is this snatching houses from normal people, but the corporation has the ability to pay over the odds if necessary (which it is), thereby inflating the price of houses and the US housing market in general.

Now, from what I can see this has no happy ending. Not for US house buyers who have to pay artificially inflated prices for the house of their dreams, but also in the long term. Because take the fact that a large proportion of houses in the US will become rental properties, but also those that have been able to buy their house are sitting on an inflated asset. Hopefully the value of the house will keep rising and cancel out the inflated element of the price they paid. Hopefully.

I assume that Blackwater sees housing stock as better than stocks when it comes to investment. Not only do you own an asset, but you have the ability to rent it out and generate revenue all the time you own the asset. With stocks and shares you only own the share and it only generates income if it rises in value. You can't rent it out.

Well, someone in the city hasn't yet found a way to rent out shares. Yet.

Here in the UK, I'm getting similar signals from the housing market, but whoever is buying up relatively expensive houses and renting them out en-masse is keeping pretty low-key. But it is happening, adding about 5% or more to UK to house prices.

I hate to be a conspiracy theorist, but some would say that this is part of the great reset, where you own nothing and all your money goes to the corporate state.

Sounds like Fascism to me.

Considering what's happing in Austria and Germany regarding mandatory vaccinations with no choice or consent, it sounds like they've got the hop on all the other countries regarding our future.

It seems we're looking at a no choice, no ownership, no consent, no free will sort of future. Yep, sounds like Fascism to me.

COVID-19: I Spy A Conspiracy

No, not the Wuhan leak conspiracy,. although this is related.

I'm talking more about the number of nations that were intertwined with the Wuhan lab and the experiments going on there. It's becoming more and more apparent that Western nations were heavily involved with the actions at the lab, funded the goings-on there and knew exactly what the lab was up to.

America first: it looks a lot like the Americans were supplying funds to the Wuhan lab. The Fauchi emails provide the smoking gun.

Now Canada: it was apparent from the first days of the pandemic that Canada did the same research in country with the same scientists until it was moved to Wuhan.  Canada providing funs for research.

Australia: it is now public knowledge thanks to Sky Australia that the Aussies too were funding research at Wuhan. In fact they were shipping bats to their Jalong facility that were euthanised and used for experiments. It's still unclear as to the exact relationship between Jalong and Wuhan, but it could well be that the Aussies supplied viral material from Australian bats to Wuhan. It's not a big stretch to surmise that, given the funding and the close working relationship with Chinese scientists at Wuhan.

In one way or another, reports have come out regarding several other Western nations and working relationships with their scientists and the Wuhan lab.

Which sort of explains the initial panic to quash any idea that the Wuhan lab was the source of COVID-19. Because virtually every Western nation would be named as culpable partners. If the Western scientific community pointed fingers at China, there would be dozens of fingers pointing straight back.

I see the appeal: the Western nations outlaw gain of function research and other related research into corona viruses locally. I'm sure it became a priority after the SARS outbreak of the early 2000s that so nearly became a pandemic.

So to get round the local ban, the Western Nations fund research in China. All under the Radar until.... COVID-19 arrives supposedly at a market not far from the Wuhan lab doing research into Corona viruses.

Cue rapid cover-ups, denials and the labelling of investigators into the Wuhan lab as "conspiracy theorists".

It looks like Trump was wrong: it's not China alone to blame, it's the rest of the Western World and their underhand, politicised scientific community.

USA: Watch The farms

So, Biden has become President of the USA. Make no mistake this is an old-style Presidency, with the corporations once again asserting dominance.

Trump was a disruptor, a circuit breaker, an aberration amongst a litany of corporate frontmen.

Biden is a step further along the road to corporate authoritarianism.  It's well known the corporations want control of farming. the last big push in that direction was the GM crop fight. Corporations selling modified seed to farms that locked them into contracts and prevented them from growing out their own seed.

Now with a leftist leaning President in charge and an even further left Vice President, I'm convinced the corporations, backed by the Government will go after the farms of the USA directly. It's happened in every newly-far-left "Socialist" country, because the farms are free, they are not reliant on the state. From Zimbabwe, to South Africa, to Venezuela. The farms are a target for the state (Government and Corporations combined) .

The farms of the last bastion of freedom, of self-sufficiency. They cannot be bent to the state's will easily.

When the state tries to control the farms, then you will know the measure of the Biden administration, the nature of the corporatist state the Biden Presidency may have unleashed.

Not just in the USA, it seems members of the global elites are buying up farms globally. To what ends?

I'm sure the like of Bill Gates thinks they are modernising third world farming to help the world, but all it does is hand agriculture over to the big corporations and their global controls. Converting smallholdings into huge mega-farms, using corporate fertilisers, corporate GMO seeds, creating huge profits and controlling (ergo increasing) food costs around the world.

I'm not one for conspiracies......but.....

Okay, so Oil and Gas slump to a pretty low level. Now then, what can the powers at be do to bump the price up a bit... yep, attack Saudi oil fields.

I'm not that well up on Iranian drone capability, but I'm sure there's something a bit too clinical, a bit too accurate about the attack on the Saudi installations. For Iran, anyway.

The one stand-out picture is a picture of three spherical pressure vessels, with all 3 of then with an identical hole.

Now then, strike me a bit surprised as I thought the Iranians didn't have command and control of drones beyond visual range. Not having the satellite communications network capability of the Americans, the best they can do is send off a drone or cruise missile and hope for the best.

Certainly, the missile won't have the pinpoint accuracy we've come to expect of the American systems. Only the Americans have access to the very accurate GPS co-ordinates that provide their weapons with centimetric accuracy over distance. It's actually a strategic resource, limited by design to the US or it's allies, or those using it's own weapons systems. Us mere mortals with our civilian GPS devices get the dumbed-down access with less accuracy. Even though civilian GPS is ok for broad general guidance like autonomous drones and the like, it's still not-weapons-grade accuracy.

The sort of accuracy shown in the pictures coming out of Saudi show a degree of accuracy only available to first-world systems, like those provided by the US, Europe or Russia. If the weapons were provided directly by Russia to attack a US ally... things get very serious indeed. Korea or Cuba level serious.

So, in the middle of a long-term slump in oil prices, we get the most accurate mother of attacks on Saudi oil installations...

Colour me sceptical.
