Finally, Some Sense on the Transgender Issue.

The UK Supreme Court has just issued a ruling to say that the word "Woman" means a person born a biological female. 

For the purposes of equality that is.

Which now brings some sense to the issue of women-only spaces, because men identifying as female and not fully transitioning will not be classed as women and cannot force themselves into women-only spaces.

Which is finally a sensible ruling.

As I've said before, self-identification brings with it huge problems. For instance a quite clearly identifiable man being a man one day and then self-identifying as a woman the next day, without any gender surgery or any work to become more feminine.

That system allows a pervert to self-identify as a woman and then walk into women-only spaces and demand to be allowed into those spaces. That is clearly wrong.

A person with gender dysphoria wouldn't have a problem with this ruling, because they would want to be as feminine as possible to match their dysphoria. They would want the surgery etc.

At that point, they would have done the work and would look like a woman even naked, which would not cause problems in women's changing rooms. 

But a clearly identifiable man, with a beard and a penis will not be supported by equality legislation in their quest to access female-only spaces.

About bloody time.

Teacher Strike? Bring it on!

There are rumblings of a teachers strike. Bring it on I say.

And fine every one of the Bas***ds for every single child that is missing school. Just like parents would be fined if they took a kid out of school for a holiday.

The law should apply equally and it goes both ways. You can't argue the child will be harmed so much that taking a day off school demands such a robust response from the school.

The same should apply to teachers who take themselves out of school without a valid reason. 

What Happens When your Country Fails You?

What happens when...

Your country fails to keep you and your family safe?

Your country fails to provide the healthcare they promised?

Your country fails to keep the law free from bias and favour?

Your country employs a Police force more like an army of occupation?

Your country hates your class?

Your country fails to educate your children?

Your country fails to run the country to better your life and the lives of your fellow citizens?

It becomes your duty to speak truth to power, to shine a light on the injustice in the country.

It becomes your duty to pushback.

It becomes your duty to inform.

It becomes your duty to resist.

It becomes your duty to rebel.

Government Have Just Found out China is Not Our Friend.

Well, the rumours were that the Chinese owners of "British" Steel were running down stocks of raw material in an attempt to put the steel plant out of production. 

I've blogged before about my hate of foreign companies owning UK strategic assets. Whether it's steel production, ports, nuclear power stations, power and water utilities, I find that allowing foreign companies to own major or strategic assets unthinkable for any UK government. 

Because the foreign companies do not have our best interests at heart. 

For instance the foreign owners of water companies don't care of they dump raw sewage into our rivers, because they've no interest in this country at all. 

The only consideration they have is making a profit. At any cost. Even if that means ruining the company. 

For instance the water companies are being saddled with increasing debts to pay off dividends to shareholders and the company itself is being starved of investment and run into the ground. 

In the case of British Steel, the owners are deliberately running the company into the ground in order to close the last remaining major steel plant in the UK, so we become reliant on foreign steel supplies.

Supplies that can be interdicted and destroyed, products that have strategic importance: armour for tanks and other armoured vehicles. Don't think for a minute that the recipe for that military grade steel hasn't been shipped to China.

I can't believe how idiotic our government is in opening ownership of strategic assets up to geopolitical opponents. There should be limitations on ownership of strategic assets like ports, drinking water providers, power companies, nuclear reactor builders, military shipbuilders.

These are the companies that we need to be apart from malign foreign influence. They must be given special status. NOW.
