Hey Boris! Fuck You!!

 Apparently Boris and his health Nazis have just this weekend invented a completely new tier of restrictions. 

NOTLOK or "Not lockdown" or Tier 4 is a newly made up set of restrictions for naughty areas that couldn't give a fuck what Boris and his bunch of twats say.

Tier 4 or Tier fucking 14, the people of Portsmouth, Havant and especially Leigh Park will carry on doing what they have always done: stuck two fingers up to authority.

Send the Police in to bugger up Christmas? We'll burn your fucking Police cars and beat up your coppers.

WE the people decide. Not some Blonde twat in London.

Also Boris, fucking good luck getting elected next time, Nigel Farage is going to run away with it.

When Does the Shooting Start?

 Over in the USA the fallout from the election continues.

Most of the in-state lawsuits have been dismissed out of hand due to lack of evidence and now the between-states lawsuit instigated by Texas has also been thrown out by the Supreme Court of the USA.

So now where do those with a grievance regarding the egregious behaviour of certain states go for restitution?

The states that voted for Trump are quite rightly upset that Biden-voting states overturned their vote based on unconstitutional changes to their state voting laws. Had Wisconsin, Pennsylvania and  Georgia abided by the constitution and not done mass mail-in voting, not accepted ballots that would normally be thrown out, the result would have been much different.

So where do those disenfranchised voters go now? If the courts won't even hear their grievances, what option do they have?

Courts normally are the safety valve for grievances. It's a way of preventing violence. Now if that safety vale is faulty and won't allow the scape of all that pent-up pressure and angst, where next?

I hate to remind people that Republican states are more likely to be proponents of the second amendment of the constitution and allow gun ownership, whereas the lily-livered Blue States tend to be more restrictive on guns. Which gives the Red states an advantage. 

Of course there's nothing to stop a local militia taking over the legislature of these aberrant blue states.

In the name of the constitution, the public have the right and the moral obligation to take over these states by force if necessary and put right the wrongs that would cause the splitting of the USA if not corrected. If the courts refuse to provide the process that rights the wrongs done in these states then it's up to the public to step in. 

The constitution of the USA provides the ability by means of the second amendment to bears arms and also instructs the public to defend the constitution against enemies of the state, both foreign and domestic. In the case of those that would cheat the system and allow voting in the general election to be affected so badly, I'd say the public has an obligation to remove them if the courts decline to get involved.
