It is Incumbent on Good Men to Ignore Bad Laws or rules, or Covid edicts.

 Okay, so most people I've talked to will ignore the Tier4 restrictions. We've all come to the conclusion there is no basis in science for the increased restrictions.

For instance you're limited to meeting one person from another household. Fucking brilliant, I've just met the best part of a thousand different households in Asda!

So how can you justify limiting OUTDOOR meetings to one other person?

Stay 2 meters apart by all means, but anything else gets a big fuck you from the people under tier4.

As I say, there is no justification in science. It's now just a lesson in control.

Just as there is no justification in Science of the rule of six (but not 7), just some arbitrary number plucked out of thin air.

Just as there is no justification in science about pubs serving meals being safe and other pubs not being safe. Does a meal kill the virus or something? If not, why is the rule in place?

The same can be said for the vaccine. If (as we are told) there is no resistance to Covid, what use is a vaccine? How does the vaccine grant immunity when catching the virus doesn't? Why did Boris self-isolate when he came into contact with someone with Covid even though he himself had been infected and got through the virus so should have been immune? Is there something the government isn't telling us? Or are they just changing their mind when it suits?

If we lose immunity after 12 months, 6 months, even 3 months, are we going to have to have covid shots every 3 months for the rest of our lives? How much is that going to cost? Isn't it cheaper and better to just get natural immunity by catching the virus?

Right now, in order to get people to comply, the government needs to start spelling out why they are coming up with these apparently nonsensical rules. Lets have a debate and an explanation for the reasons why these rules have been brought in. Lets have a discussion of why six and not seven, lets have a debate on why pubs not serving food are less safe than pubs that are. Lets have an explanation of why Tier4 in the areas affected.

Until then, fuck Boris and Fuck the rules. 

COVID-19: Just when you Thought It Couldn't Get Worse, Now Even More Bollocks.

 Okay, as I suspected, most of the people in tier4 land are ignoring the rules. 

Went to Asda yesterday and it was like being in a rugby scrum. No restrictions on numbers, no social distancing and quite a few people with no masks. Utterly predictable as people have to make last-minute Christmas shopping trips to buy in stuff they hadn't bought because they were eating Christmas dinner at their relatives.

So as I opined the other day, a big Fuck You to Boris and his made up nonsensical rules.

So nonsensical that on one side of a street you are tier two, but you can look across the street and the plague-ridden wasteland of tier4. No walking to your neighbours for a cup of sugar, or to deliver a Christmas card. You won't be allowed back across the street. Utter nonsense.

You can't mingle unless it's taking kids to school, don't go out of your house unless it's for work, shopping, wear a mask unless you don't feel like it... yadda yadda. Utterly nonsensical.

Now we see how united Europe is by the European countries closing their borders to the UK. As if that wasn't going to happen anyway because of Brexit.

Right now Boris is slipping down to May-esque levels of support. It seems the robot Hammond is running the show and he's doing a pretty robot like (i.e. Crap) job of it.

I know of one estate that straddles a tire2/4 boundary. And yes, the Police were predictably sat on the border. And just as predictably the first few people on the estate interrogated by the Police gave them a big fuck you. Then word got out and everyone used a different street to get across the border to the shops.

Over in Gosport and Fareham (tier2) there's much debate on people travelling to the Tier4 Zombie apocalypse that is Portsmouth. It was even on local radio this morning. 

The rules are just a farce now. No-one believes in them any more, because they've been changed so much and they make absolutely no sense. 

The figures in Portsmouth are driven by case in QA hospital. A huge super-hospital; that takes cases in form miles around. It covers more than 100 square miles. Tell me then why is not the whole of the area covered by tier4? Why does Portsmouth have to go into tier4 for cases that have been imported from other surrounding areas?

Farce upon farce.
