Journalism is an Act of Terrorism??

I now know of three journalists that have been arrested under the terrorism act in the UK.

The first is Tommy Robinson who although not known as a journalist, is still making journalism on the topic of extremist Islam in the UK.

The second is Richard Medhurst, an independent journalist covering the war in Gaza.

The third is Sarah Wilkinson, also covering the war in Gaza.

But what do they have in common? After all, I doubt you'd be hearing Richard or Sarah singing the praises of Tommy's viewpoint, nor vice-versa. So what is the common denominator?

These are three people that are independently reporting on news that is inconvenient to the Government's managed narrative.

Managed narrative? I hear you ask. Well, the narrative that the government tell the media to report.

I can't emphasise that today's news is a carefully curated collection of media pieces, managed to steer your opinion in a certain direction.

This is not news, this is propaganda, or even worse, it's mind manipulation.

The question is why are such disparate reporters being arrested under terror legislation?

What specifically is it in the legislation that the Police are using that they can't get any other way.

Tommy Robinson has gone into great detail about his arrest and the Police seemed very interested in the information on his phone. They especially were interested in who was funding Tommy.

I do wonder if the same applies to Richard and Sarah.

The common thing is all three are briefing against the government narrative. I may not agree to support the Palestinians, but I can see that adverse information coming out of Gaza would be damaging to the government narrative about that area.

But the use of terror legislation in these cases is a massive overreach. Phones, computers and documents have all been confiscated in these cases to be interrogated by the Police. To what ends? What will they do with the information? This isn't a fishing exercise to support Mossad. The inclusion of Tommy rules that out.

However, there is third party at large that the government would really like to be at the centre of this contra-narrative briefing: Russia.

They would quite like for there to be a nugget of information somewhere all all of these journalists devices that point to a state actor and Russia is the current bogyman.

I think that they wanted to blame Russia for the disinformation regarding the Southport stabbings, until it was inconveniently revealed to be a Pakistani man in Pakistan saying the stabber was a Muslim.

And this is where it comes to the nub of the question: this is about control of information, not just locally, but globally.

But I hope, with the inclusion of Richard and Sarah, that people will begin to understand it not the side you are on the matters to the government, they will abuse legal process to intimidate you whatever your political viewpoint. This is not about left or right.

This is now a clear sign of extra-democratic forces trying to control a narrative, to convert the news into propaganda, to spoon-feed you a curated view of the world, so you begin to think how they want you to think.

So Actively defending Rape of Women and Children is a Thing Now?

 It seems it is.

Not only am I  talking about the rape by Muslim men of children in our towns and cities across the UK, but now it seems the "Elite" rapists entertained by Jeffrey Epstein that abused women on "Epstein Island" seem to be similarly protected.

By whom?

By the Media. By Newspapers, by the television channels, by all of those so-called News outlets that ignore the facts of cases presented to them.

The protection by the legal system of men convicted of raping girls as young as 10. By restricting the publication of trial dates, by restricting the publication of names, by the restrictions put on individuals by the legal system of the UK to avoid excess publicity of organised rape gangs. Gangs in every town and city of the country. Gangs who systematically raped thousands of vulnerable children.

"Think of the Children" the saying goes. Yeah, but only when it suits.

When did the media, news outlets, the Police and the Legal System all become apologists for child rapists?

The rape gangs continue to ply their trade. Children are still being groomed and still being raped. But the Police stand idly by. The Media are silent. The legal system actively protects. The Government do nothing.

Now we are getting information from America. Information about the clients entertained on Epstein's Island. The client who indulged themselves the girls provided to them by Epstein and his entourage.

All very specialist, all very Elite. Private jets, Champagne and Caviar. But lets remove the glossy veneer. Statutory rape is statutory rape. Prostitution is prostitution, whether caviar is involved or not, it's just as sleazy as a downtown motel room rented out by the hour, or some dirty back alley blow-job.

Former American Presidents, British Princes, the Creme-de-la-Creme of the Corporations, the Elites of the World are all implicated by their visits to Epstein Island. They are complicit. Either personally by their illegal actions, or by their conspiracy of silence, their inability to enlighten the authorities.

Something is rotten in this world, and the higher you go up the tree, the more it stinks.

An Overwhelming Narrative. Propaganda by Omission.

I've signally refused to cover the election much, because I think all of those on the leave side of Brexit all know what they need to do. It's simple: get Boris back in (for all his faults) but also get the Brexit Party in Parliament to nudge the Brexit process in the right direction.

Anyway, today on Polling day, I want to point out something that isn't.

That's not a grammatical error, I'm talking about something that isn't in the news, isn't being reported online, isn't in the papers, it just isn't in the media at all.

I'm talking about citizen protests. Not just the Gillet Jaune protests and now general strike in France or even the Protests in Hong Kong and the massive amounts of unrest there, but protests in South America, in the Middle east and in Asia.

They just aren't being reported, so ask yourself why that is?

Why are we not being shown the daily struggles of people across the globe against tyrannical governments?

The reason is they don't want us, the great unwashed of the UK rising up against the  pressures from the big corporations. Pressures to allow cheap labour into the country, the pressure to allow corporations to book tax offshore at a cheaper rate, the pressure to allow big corporations to make the rules and stifle competition.

We are being fed propaganda, not overtly, but covertly. By omitting reports on these protests against lowering of working class standards across the globe, we are not getting the picture that this is a global issue, it's a problem caused by the big corporations. No, we get to think the lowering of wages and living standards is an entirely local phenomenon.

Lest we get a bit uppity and start to revolt.

I mean, you can't even criticise an MP in the street these days without getting arrested.

The working class are a majority in this country and we need to start flexing our atrophied muscles, we need to reclaim our country, our standards and our rights. We must not listen to the elite who say those goals are dependent on the whim of the EU. We have the power to claim those rights without the EU. We do not need their beneficence to bestow rights upon us. We were born with those rights, forged through centuries of struggle.

I suppose, in the end this post is about the election. We need to give the elite a wake-up call.

Uk Industry, What Industry?

It seems that a UK car plant, employing directly or indirectly 6000 workers is on the brink of closing down.

http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/business/7901092.stm

It looks like the selling of all our industries will come home to roost over the next 12 months. Its a sad state of affairs that I can't only immediately think of one major manufacturer that is totally British based and owned, of cars or any anything else.

Thats another big problem that will hit hard during the depression: foreign owned manufacturing being dropped here and taken abroad. The same thing happened with the banks: Iceland was slapped and had its banking assets seized under anti-terror laws, then all the other banks decided to pull out, leaving a big hole for UK banks to fill. Thats why no-one can get loans, because the number of banks in the market has suddenly decreased by a huge percentage.

Manufacturing has to go the same way, as owners look at profits and then see how easily/cheaply they can shut facilities here, compared with the rest of Europe. After all, our flexible (read expendable) labour market is the whole reason foreign companies like Toyota, Nissan and Honda came here in the first place and why Tata bought into Land Rover and Jaguar.

One more nail in the coffin of this country. I really do have doubts as to whether we could get a loan off the IMF if it ever came to it. Just what could we guarantee the loan with, or generate the cash with which to pay it back? A nation of minimum wage callcentres and shops isn't going to generate enough wealth to make a dent in the Trillions of pounds worth of debt the country owes.

I really do wonder how bad it has to get before the Mainstream Media, the government and their propaganda arm (the BBC) will start to acnowledge what is happening.

Or are things so scarily bad that they daren't risk letting us know?
