Truss Admits the Government is Not in Charge.

Liz Truss today sacked her chancellor. Because markets.

Liz Truss also went on to say that the government's mini-budget went too far too fast. For whom?

For vested interests that had not ha time to exploit changes made by the budget?

Just who is in charge? Is it the government, or is it the markets? Is it the Prime Minister or the money-men?

Is it Government or various vested interest groups manipulating the government for their own ends?

Just. Who. Is. In. Charge?

To me it's clear that none of the mainstream parties now have the interests of the population at the core of their policies. Instead the global corporations, the hedge funds, the Stock Market and other unelected vested interest groups and Supra-National organisations are controlling the government for their own ends.

Government and Parliament  is corrupt to the core.

It no longer serves it's purpose, which is to serve the people.

This is a Cromwellian moment. Who will rid us of this corrupt edifice, this chattel of the elites, this stain on the reputation of the country?

One commenter on Guido Fawkes' website said that if Putin nuked Parliament he wouldn't shed a tear. Sadly, I tend to agree. Ol' Vlad would be doing us a favour.
