Parliamentary Paralysis Harmful to the UK?

I really do think that enough is enough. The time has come for Parliament to hold its hands up and say we need to dissolve Parliament, sweep the old troughing MPs away and bring in fresh, independantly-minded blood.

WE NEED A GENERAL ELECTION NOW!

The current status quo can't go on for ever: daily we hear news of increasing numbers of senoir and not-so-senior members of Parliament affirming their desire to step down at the next election. Basically a sacking, but where the employer (us the voter) has to wait for the sacked employee to leave of their own volition. Currently Parliament is paralysed, with each MP fixated on the expenses row, and wondering whether they'll be the next name on the Telegraph hit-list.

Right now, there must be getting on for 100 MPs who have stated their intention to leave Parliament at the next election, so their mandate to govern is forefit.

WE NEED A GENERAL ELECTION NOW!

I can't say it strongly enough: why should these greedy, troughing bastards continue to milk the taxpayer?

Hopefully the dissolution motion put forward by the SNP and Plaid Cymru for next Wednesday will be heard. It will be interesting how MPs across all parties vote on it. Do turkeys vote for Christmas? We'll find out next week.
